One point of contact for the product and its growth

Most projects juggle a dev shop and a media agency that rarely talk — and the client ends up arbitrating between them. E-XODE removes that friction: one accountable lead pilots both the product and its growth.

One accountable lead for the technical direction

Tech lead, lead dev, architecture, audit, training: 25 years of fullstack delivery for accounts like Saint-Gobain, SwissLife, Cision, AVIVA, Criteo, AFP, Renault. Christophe owns the technical direction and mobilises the right resources for your roadmap.

Product and growth piloted by the same lead

Audit, strategy, technical setup, daily optimisation, reporting: all platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Google, LinkedIn, Telegram Ads) steered from a single direction. No gap between the build and the reach.

Mobilisable resources, controlled costs

The France-Cambodia dual presence makes it possible to mobilise and coordinate the right resources for your planning and roadmap constraints. Your budget stays under control, with the capacity to absorb peak workloads without adding interlocutors.

Common questions

The questions I actually get asked — with straight answers.

Do you handle both development and campaigns, or just one?

Both, under a single accountable lead. That's the whole point: no more coordination to manage between a dev shop and an agency, no gap between the technical work and the campaigns. I have a track record of development missions for large accounts — Saint-Gobain, SwissLife, Criteo, AFP — and I run the campaigns for Bunny Shop and VitaPulse in parallel. This isn't a recent specialty: it's been the model from day one.

Where are you based, and do you work on site?

I'm based in La Mure d'Isère (Isère, 38) and also work from Cambodia depending on the period. Remote only, since 2009 — no on-site visits. This isn't a post-pandemic arrangement: it's been the setup from day one.

How much does it cost?

For development, the indicative day rate is around 750€ excl. VAT, negotiable depending on the project and duration. For campaign management, the offer includes a setup fee (audit, strategy, technical setup) and a monthly management retainer. The ad budget is separate and stays under your control. The detail is worked out after the initial audit — no fixed price grid, because every engagement is scoped differently.

How does the campaign management offer actually work?

Two parts: an initial setup (audit, strategy, technical account and campaign configuration), then a monthly retainer covering daily monitoring, optimization, reporting, and recommendations. Your ad budget stays separate from these fees — you see it, you control it, I advise on allocation. The engagement is month-to-month and cancellable at any time.

Who is my point of contact and who steers my account day to day?

Christophe is your single point of contact and project lead: he owns the follow-up, the direction, and answers your questions. When the roadmap requires it, he mobilises and coordinates the necessary resources — but your contact stays the same, from the first exchange to delivery.

What languages do you work in?

French and English, both fluently. Deliverables, exchanges, reports: in whichever language works for you.
